IP intercom with triple identification of residents has been installed in EINSTEIN Concept House

In EINSTEIN Concept House, we take a complex approach to the safety of residents. In addition to the innovative technologies Ajax Systems, which will be equipped with apartments, we also use the "smart home" system.

One of the latest smart systems that we have implemented at EINSTEIN Concept House is the IP intercom from Dahua Technology, a company that is considered the leader in the production of CCTV cameras, intercoms, alarm systems and drones. At the moment, the brand's technologies are used in 180 countries and regions, and the company employs about 16,000 people.

The intercom panel in the EINSTEIN Concept House is equipped with a screen with touch buttons and allows residents to enter the house by choosing one of three modes: Face ID, Touch ID or card access. Today these three methods of identification are the most convenient and popular in the world. If a resident has lost his card, he can open the door with a fingerprint or using the face recognition mode.

For guests of the house, there is a call button on the device screen. Having chosen the desired apartment number, a call will be sent to the apartment's intercom, and the resident will see on the video panel who exactly came to him.

All calls from the IP intercom can be synchronized with the SFERA mobile application and open the door to guests with one click in the mobile.
