The building at 71 Gonchara str. Will be preserved and integrated into the FRANKLIN Concept House

The Osip Rodina estate at 71, Honchara Street, built by the architect Vladimir Nikolaev, will be saved and integrated into the FRANKLIN Concept House project.

Now all dismantling work on the building at 71 Gonchara has been stopped. Architects and designers are working on the optimal scenario for the inclusion of a newly discovered architectural monument in the FRANKLIN Concept House.
